Extracts in chocolate
EXTRA in chocolate 120 g is a bean-to-bar chocolate made from crushed cocoa beans (58.3%), Panela cane sugar juice (31.7%) and cocoa butter, blended with 5% extracts from seven mushrooms: reishi, hericium, chaga, almond mushroom, maitake, cordyceps and shiitake. The daily dose is one 4 g square, containing 0.2 g of mushroom extracts; the daily spoonful of the EXTRA honey range contains more, so the chocolate is not just a differently flavoured version of the same. It contains no added foreign fats, gluten or dyes and is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 3 years of age.
